Sri Lankan Cooking Class and Dinner Party for 25

Please join us for an enchanting evening beginning at 3 p.m. on November 11, 2012.
You’ll want to be part of this culinary experience, and what a great way to support the Blue Lotus Temple. It will be a one-of-a-kind evening with friends.

Sri Lankan chef Samnthi will teach you how to prepare her favorite dishes. Then we’ll share a buffet style dinner with lively conversation about Sri Lankan food and culture, as you savor all the wonderful food that we have prepared together.

This is sure to be a unique and special event.

Lentil curry
Egg curry
Coconut sambal
Kale mallum
Cucumber salad
Papadum (Sri Lankan chips)

PLEASE JOIN US! We hope you are as excited as we are about this wonderful event.
It’s important to register in advance, as space is limited to only 25 guests.
The cost per person is $35. All food and beverages will be supplied.
